Yes it will be changed back.
No it can not show both.
No it can not show the entire news post only the title and intro.
Yes that large ugly text was moved to the current top news announcement
after many complaints to my personal email about it messing up the display of the
rest of the text on the page and it needed to be a news blurb anyway. Next time make
sure you format your html correctly, you have to close the <p> tag with a </p> and not another <p>.

Great! That's an excellent change.

Is there any way it can also depict the old content after the announcements?

And more importantly, can it show the text of the announcements rather
than just the title and intro? John and I added a large red warning
blurb today for crucial hotel details.
