We expect to own the hotel, and have some overflow.

Speaking of which, folks should start getting their room reservations
in now.  A third of the rooms are smoking, so if you want to avoid
getting stuck in one, act now.  And if you *do* want a smoking room,
act now.  :-)  My preference is to have concom staff in the Hilton,
not in the embassy suites across the street.

But yes, I agree that we should get a buy off on some of the more
"extreme" things we get up to.  :-)
