If anyone remembers that we're at a new hotel, I assure you it is I, the 
hotel liaison. :)

As Matt describes it, I think this is a good idea, although I would like us 
to be SURE the hotel is "owned" by PenguiCon before we agree to a Black 
Sweater party.  I think most Congoers will not have a problem with it.  It 
is highly un-nerving when you suddenly see people walking around with guns 
dressed all in black, and they're hiding behind walls, and peeking around 
corners.  I'd also prefer if we discuss this with the hotel before it 
happens, to be sure they don't have a problem with it.  There are something 
I agree that it's easier to ask forgiveness for than permission.  This is 
not one of those things.
