As soon as I finish making suggested changes, this will be up on a
google spreadsheet for everyone to view.

I had been overly conservative on revenue, and overestimate costs on a
couple items.  Right now we're looking at breaking even, and are
pursuing other avenues to boost revenue further.

As Dawn pointed out, we are in a very different hotel this year.
These folks know and *like* conventions like ours.  If they can deal
with 2000 anime fans, they can deal with a black sweater party, or
liquid nitrogen (which they have already seen), or pretty much
anything that doesn't involve destroying property.

Yes, we're not doing a banquet.  The regular Thursday night GoH dinner
is still on.
