[Penguicon-Concom] Bylaws bullshit - oh, give it up already!

Brendan,

Again, thank you so much for all your hard work.  We're slowly getting
the hang of this convention thing we're doing, and you have been
instrumental in getting us where we are now.

My hope is that we have a contract signed for next year *before*
Penguicon happens.  (Although it may be prudent to postpone the
decision until after we've had experience with the new hotel.)

Anyway, thank you Brendan for all your perserverance.
