[Penguicon-Concom] Potential New Website Skins

Here are weblinks to two new potential skins for the website:

I would like everyones opinion on them before I just go and install one of them.
I guess I am opening this up for a public vote via the mail lists.
I will also be posting a poll to the site in the coming days and I will send out an announcement as soon as I do.

So everyone please give me your opinion on these skins either via an email now or via a vote in the poll as soon as I post it.
