[Board] [Penguicon-Concom] Chuck in the black hole

My appologies on this.   I recieved a call from Jer last nioght, but neither
of us were at a computer.   I took responsibility for sending this out and
failed.

The hotel has agreed to let us use space there for our get together, after
the Walkthrough.
