[Board] Information Request

Board Members,

As part of our corporate paperwork renewal, I need the names and addresses
of the Board officers.  Obviously, I have my own, but need that information
for:

  + President
  + Vice-President (if exists)
  + Treasurer

Will Chuck, Jordan, and whomever the VP is (is that Tracy?) please respond
to this message ASAP with their names and home addresses?  If you're not
confortable putting that information on a semi-public list, then please
e-mail it to me directly at SteveGutterman at GMail dot com.

Secondly, we have a schedule Board Meeting for this Saturday, March 8 at
3:00 PM.  I have heard nothing from anyone at this point confirming that
they will be in attendance at that meeting.  Will all Board members please
respond with whether or not they will be attending that meeting?  We do not
have a location yet, although it is likely we can use the convention hotel,
as the ConCom has a meeting there earlier in the day.

Lastly, can anyone tell me who the Hotel Liason is for this year?  I'd like
to have them talk to the hotel about making sure that we can meet there
after the ConCom meeting.  If you have the Liason's name and/or e-mail and
phone, please respond to this as quickly as possible.  Thank you.
