[Board] Public Storage paperwork

The storage locker issue has been dealt with. I removed Bill's and Tim
Murphy's names, left Tracy's name on it, and added Matt and Jer as people
authorized to access the locker. I also added Chuck Child's name as an
authorized user. Unfortunately, due to the Public Storage rules, only one
person's name can be listed as the person authorized to sign the lease, make
legal changes, etc. So I left my name as that person, and (hopefully) gave
them enough information so that if I am no longer around for any reason,
Chuck will be able to move the account into his name. Because the locker is
a indefinite agreement, the person named as the account holder needs to be a
Board member.
