[Board] Public Storage paperwork

Today Jer and I stopped at the storage cube, and in the process of
talking to the manager, it turns out Bill Putt's name is the one
associated with the account. The manager went through the paperwork to
find if there were any other names, and the only one was Steve
Gutterman. Attached to this email is a scan of the paperwork they gave
us for Steve to fill out and attach two copies of his business card.
This is the only way to take Bill off the account and put on the
Conchair or the Board President or whoever we want. Then that person
can establish up to eight authorized users of the storage cube. They
had no interest in stopping me and Jer from going in, though.
