[Board] Budget Breakdown

Gerald,

It is now January.   There are now 12 days, counting today and the day of
the meeting, until the board is meeting.   Before the board meeting we need
some numbers from you on the budget.

On November 28'th, in your email to me you indicated that you would get
started with this process 'over the next week or so'.   It has been a month
since then, and I have not heard anything from you.   Jer Lance and I have
both entered all of the information we had or were responsible for.   What
is left, that you need to get for us in the next week:

Greenroom Breakdown
T-Shirts Breakdown
GOH Accommodations Breakdown
Income Breakdown

The last being the most important.

Please, get this to us ASAP?
