[Board] Meeting this Saturday?

There was discussion at Conclave with impromptu scheduling of a Board
meeting for this coming Saturday.  Most people indicated availability, but a
few things have come tol ight.

1.  One of the possible replacement Board candidates is allergic to cats, so
the current location won't work for him.
2.  I've just had a family emergency pull me to Texas as of Wednesday.  I'll
be working at getting back in time, but may miss the concomm meeting if I
fly in Saturday morning.
3.  Patricia has a conflict.
4.  Has anyone spoken to Garrett?
5.  This doesn't follow the bylaws process for meeting scheduling.

I'm still up for the meeting; I'd like to get the ball rolling on Board
changes so the Board is able to actually function.  But i thought these
points deserved bringing up, and discussion.  Thoughts?
