[Board] Penguicon 6.0 Budget

Attached to this message is the budget proposal for Penguicon 6.0

Along with the budget projections, I'm sending along some explanations
of individual items.

The listed amounts for Consuite and Hotel are based on projections I
received from Jeremy Lance and are presumed reliable.

I don't yet know the final totals for GoH travel, and seeing as how we
have six of them instead of five there may be more money spent than
originally intended.  Aaron Thul assures me that having both Jono
Bacon and Benjamin Mako Hill will be worth the expense.  Many of the
flights that Molly has been looking at are rather expensive, so if
anyone here has any suggestions, please forward them to her.  I've
entrusted her with the number of my Penguicon debit card to make the
bookings.  I've also told her not to give the number to anyone else,
or to use it for other things without authorization.

If we include the sponsorship money from Google, then the $30,000
estimated income would be reached with fewer registrations than at
5.0, so I don't think we'll have any problems meeting that number.  I
have the Google check with me now (it was sent to the old PO box) and
I'll be making a deposit before leaving town.  Right now we have
slightly less than $10,000 in the account without the Google check.

On the Cafe Penguicon budget, we have already spent $1,205.31.  This
includes the hotel expenses, food purchases, liquid nitrogen, ribbons,
and fudge.  The Cafe Penguicon at the convention I'm leaving for today
will have a total cost somewhere around $110 for hotel and internet.
The rest of the supplies will be taken from things already paid for,
or purchased by me out of my own pocket.  This leaves slightly short
of $500 available for use at ConFusion.

If there are any other concerns, I will be taking my laptop to the
convention this weekend and checking mail at least once daily.  Once
I've returned, I'll be making an appointment with Jessica to begin
filling in the ledgers to track income and expenditures.
