[Board] Tax Exempt Status and Articles of Incorporation

Does anybody have a copy of the Articles of Incorporation handy?  I'd like to 
look through them and make sure we are in complience with everything.

Secondly, what does the board think of seeking Exempt Status under 501(c)3 
provisions?  Does anybody know what benefit we would gain under Michigan law 
from having such status?
