There's a slight issue I see with that.  Part of the purpose of
holding Cafe Penguicon is to accept preregistrations, and right now
the best person I have to do that is Kimba.  Kimba and Jeremy haven't
been getting along so well.  I'd rather not leave preregistration to
chance and have a situation like Ohio LinuxFest where several
registration forms were filled out but only one payment was delivered,
and no one knew which one was the paid one.  Anyway, that's why I want
to see a plan from a potential party host before I agree to delegate
that job.  It would be better to have no room party at all than to
have a lousy one, or one in which registration records are not kept
accurately.

There are certain times and places where it's not a good idea for me
to answer the cell phone.  Last night I got two calls from the same
number (one that I must have talked to before, but I didn't
recognize.)  I'm guessing it was Morgan Kollin though.  These calls
happened while I was at a work site where the client does not like to
see the guards using the phone while on the clock.  For that reason I
had to decline answering.  The best I can suggest right now is for
anyone needing a prompt response to not risk a false-positive spam
identification and send queries to this address rather than the other.
