But to SPECIFICALLY answer that question:

For drinking, unhealthy Kahlua, with half-n-half to mix. Or, daytime,
just water. No more Coke for me.

For nibbling, meats and cheeses, and a bit of veggie. Roast beef and
sausages are favorites. BBQ'd anything is good too. Classic salads
are very Atkins.
