[Board] Penguicon weekend 2008

I've just talked to the Troy Hilton and reserved the weekend of April 18,
19, and 20 for Penguicon 2008.  With that done, we can start approaching
potential guests.  By the way, since Comcast has decided to delete my
username for some unknown reason, I'm handling all my mail through Gmail
now.  If anyone needs to get in touch with me offlist it'll be at
Eoghnved at gmail.com now.
