[Board] GoH information update

Last week, our Gaming Guest of Honor, John Kovalic informed us that he
had some scheduling conflicts due to GAMA.  After some discussion, we
decided that it would be better to have him return another year.  I
know a lot of folks were looking forward to meeting and gaming with
John, and we apologize for this snafu.

However, we have a new gaming GoH, and I am pleased to announce that
Steve Jackson has graciously accepted our invitation.  For those who
don't remember, Steve Jackson was our gaming GoH for 2.0, has been
kind enough to share the Chaos Machine with us that year, and every
year since, and is the proprietor of Steve Jackson Games, proud
publishers of Munchkin, GURPS, In Nomine, and many, many other games.
