[Board] P-con reg page

I stay away from IE like the plague, so I wouldn't have caught it.
Just so happens I'm at a client, and as I have to set a proxy server
link, *and* I have to access exchange across the web (which Firefox
doesn't do, at least not 2.0) I've chosen to subject myself to IE.

And you know, it sucks in so many ways...

Anyway.  Good luck with chasing down the problems!
