Hi Kenn,

Thanks for getting back with me.

First off, Kimba doesn't speak for Penguicon in any way, shape or
form, the board does.  Penguicon wants to ensure that we have accurate
information, just as much as you do, and I would assume that Conclave
and potentially Youmacon might want to do the same.  We share staff,
we market to mostly the same audience.  I really don't see that this
would be a problem.

If you are interested in pursuing this, then I will present this to my
board, and see what they say.

At some point, maintaining a unified attendance database -- or at
least syncing it on an annual basis -- I think would be a good idea.
I certainly have no problems sharing infrastructure to our mutual
benefit.

And as for comping each other's party room staff, I think it's just a
case of choosing when this happens.  One step at a time.
