[Board] Minutes and schedule for January

The board determined at the last meeting that this is desired. The
blog is a good place as well. The only reason I held off blogging it
until today, is to give pride of place for one day to yesterday's
announcement. (My favorite webcomic artist, Aaron Diaz of Dresden
Codak, is coming go Penguicon as a Nifty!)
