[Board] Google Apps for Domains

Does the Board have a procedure in place similar to the Supreme Court
saying they're not going to hear an issue that has been appealed to
them? I mean, sending an email which kicks it back to the Conchair to
make the decision instead of waiting for a meeting? That might speed
things up.
