[Board] Budget Detailing

The budget detailing process is moving forward.   Of our originally
requested seven breakdown items, Three have been detailed the best they are
able to be, with available information.

As I explained on the spreadsheet, the Hotel Budget data can not be broken
down into specific items, because, historically, it has NOT been broken down
that way, providing no break down data to work from.   The budget item
listed is the best-guesstimate from our current hotel liaison, based upon
past hotel bills, and the contact as signed.   This is a reasonably
pessimistic wild guess, and that is the best we will be able to get this
year.   Our hotel Liaison, who has opted to continue on for another year,
under Matt Arnold, has made it clear, both to me and the hotel, that he will
not be approving any hotel bill for payment without a break down of, in his
words "each bed move, ice drop, every single thing they charge us for.. and
I'm going to reconcile it with what *I* expected to pay before we sign off
on it".   That will produce us data to work with for our next budgeting
cycle, to produce a more fact-based estimate.

As data comes in, it will be entered in this location, and anyone who wants
edit access can request it from Jer, Matt, Gerald, or I.   This will ensure
that, when our next scheduled meeting occurrs, we are sure to have access to
this information.
