[Board] Board Meeting

Hi Jordan --

Was talking with Mat Arnold a day or two ago, and he was concerned
that there hadn't been a cut over to the new treasurer yet.  I'd be
happy to help facilitate this.

Chuck -- I know with you current work schedule weekend meetings are
not feasible.  Perhaps the board could meet on a weekday evening?  I
know this would be an inconvenience for Patricia, but with a decent
speaker phone she could be included.
