[Board] Penguicon 5.0 wrap-up meeting May 19th

First off, THANK YOU EVERYONE!  For your work, for your dedication,
for your enthusiasm, for making Penguicon 5.0 a truly great con.

The reviews and blogs and comments keep rolling in, and the worst
criticism so far seems to be about running out of diet soda and sound
bleed between two meeting rooms.  In other words, we pulled off a
perfect con.  :-)

We're still pulling together final numbers (attendance ~830 to 850,
and while I think we did well financially, that will take a few weeks
to know for certain), but from a pure fun perspective, we went
completely over the top.  We turned the amps up all the way to 11.
:-)

The final Penguicon 5.0 wrap-up meeting will be held Saturday, May
19th during the afternoon.  Tentatively, I'm planning the meeting to
be at my house in Oak Park, starting at 1pm and running until you all
decide to go home.

Assuming that the weather is decent, and considering that Jer's grill
is in storage in my garage, I'm assuming that there will be a replay
of the brazillian beef (and possibly some brazillian eggplant for
yours truly).

To make it easier for some of our out of state folks, I recommend to
the board that they have their May meeting on the 19th also.

I'll send out reminders and location info once we get closer to the date.
