[Board] Changes to the Penguicon board of directors

Hi all,

There was a board meeting for Penguicon last night to elect new board
members and reassign duties.

Newly elected members are Chuck Child and Garrett Kajmowicz.  The
replace Steve Gutterman and myself.

Due to Tracy's intensive school program, she has resigned as board
president, and taken the role of treasurer, formerly held by myself.

Chuck Child has been elected President of the board.  Additionally, he
will be leading the bylaw revision committee.

Both Rob and Tracy will remain on the board for the near term until
the bylaws have been revised, at which point their seats will be open.
 Selected to replace them will be Marcus Watts and Jordan Malokofsky.

Current board membership is now --
Patricia Altergott, secretary
Chuck Child, President
Susan Harris
Garrett Kajmowicz
Rob Landley
Tracy Worcester, treasurer
