[Board] board meeting next weekend --

So, folks, were we meeting Friday night or Saturday?

Friday night around 8pm I think would work for most folks.  I know
Saturday doesn't work for Susan.  Patricia -- did you have an issue
with Saturday or Sunday?  Rob, you can dial in if you'd rather not
show up in person.

Right now I have two confirmed candidates to replace myself and Steve
-- Chuck Child and Garrett Kajmowic.

Chuck you should all know as the person who spent so much time and
personal resource on Open Cola, finally perfecting several variants
for last year's con.   He's likable, thoughtful, and enjoys both the
fan and techie aspects of the convention.  And besides, he needs
something to keep him occupied while his S.O. Rachel goes through med
school.

Garrett was a new comer to Penguicon this year.  He works with Rob
Landley in Pittsburgh, and is a strong opensource advocate.  He also
has a background in political science and has worked in hotel
management.  He has a keen eye for detail and how things work.  He is
currently on the committee to update the bylaws.

I'm going to collar Joe Saul on Sunday to see if he has an interest.

Does anyone else have confirmed candidates?

Please get back to me ASAP on preference for meeting times.
Additionally, where would folks like to meet?  I'll be happy to host
here in Oak Park.
