The second motion for a month to prepare is really not needed. I know everything I am going to need to get started and the sooner I start the sooner I get done. I also know everything that needs to be done to make the switch a success. DNS changes, mail setup, Zope/Plone setup, etc, etc, etc..

Also I would like to start now due largely to the fact that ATM I am unemployed due to a layoff at my last work place and have large amounts of time on my hands when I am not looking for a job, going to interviews or working around the house. But I do expect to have a new job sometime within the next few weeks, and I figure that I can have just about everything switched over in that amount of time.

But if the Board would like me to take a month to prepare I will gladly comply.
