Well, as I'm not a board member anymore, I can't set anything up. But
I do highly reccommend that we do this. Now as for leaving this for a
meeting -- regular meetings are supposed to be scheduled every three
months, so the next one should be around Nov 15.
But, you don't need to have a meeting for this. If you put this to a
vote online, this can be made to happen almost immediately.
Questions I have revolve around are we locked into a contract with the
current ISP, and I think if the answer is no, I recommend that we move
as quickly as possible. Especially if we can start taking direct
payments on line instead of through PayPal. We're seven months out
from the con, an we're starting to ramp up pre-registration and
advertising. Let's get this taken care of as soon as possible.
