oh, sure, that sounds good.  I never heard about that.  That is one
nice thing about the ConFusion process - usually when a GoH gets
nominated a description of why he or she would make a good guest gets
circulated around and other people have the opportunity to appreciate
others' enthusiasm for them, and to express their own.

well, obviously the process has been ill-defined, causing frustration
all around near as I can tell.
