Since when is that new? You're in Pennsylvania and the only connection
you get to creating Penguicon is from the Board level. Is there a more
perfect recipe for being out of touch?

This convention doesn't groom conchairs, it just snags whoever hates
and fears the job the least. Conchairs are harder to get than GoHs,
and much more important. Should we invite a guest slate before we have
a conchair for that year, when that will make the job of recruiting
one harder? This is a far larger issue than the specific case of
Tamora and Anne, which is why I didn't say who I was talking about.
