[Board] August meeting dates?

OK, so far, for the 13th, I see:

Yes                              4
Maybe                          1
Unknown                       1

I've got a conflict for the 13th, but I'll wriggle my way out of it.  Let's
give another day or two for Rob to catch up with his mail, but if we don't
get a solid no from him, let's go with it.
