I'm pretty happy having everything public to the world.  The reason we've 
always kept the GoH invites private until they accept is because we don't 
want to start "X is coming to Penguicon!" rumors if they turn us down or we 
decide not to invite them, and we certainly don't want the GoH to hear 
they're attending through the grapevine before they get the invite. :)
