[Board] Anne Murphy on the Board list

I think the list needs to be kept select. But, we should have the flexibility to add anyone as needed - such as Brendan and Anne.  I definitely feel it should not be opened up for public access - but that's just my opinion.

On another subject. I'll be working Faire again. SO, if you're thinking of having another board meeting, perhaps it can be scheduled before I am unavailable for weekend meetings for the two months that Faire runs.
