However, I'll recount the best I can remember.

Board Members Present: Chuck Child, Garret Kajmowicz, Rob Landley, Tracy
Worcester
Interested Bystanders: John Guest, Marcus Watts
Random Presences: Rachel Weisenfeld, Bear the cat

1. Tracy declared evil for bringing Dunkin Munchkins.
2. Meeting happened. Much discussion about the budget (sent out to the
list by John in another email).
      a. Reg Income: analysis of John's income numbers seems to indicate a
projected attendance rate of approx 760 people. John strongly believes that
this year's marketing to Youma is going to net us at an absolute minimum 50
more people this year, likely more. Added that additional head
count into registration numbers for additional income in the $2200 range.
       b. Auction/dance tickets: Discussed John's plan to have a $10
ticket fee to get people access to all activities in function space Saturday
evening (no consuite). He expects to draw at least 50 additional people for
the auction, and 50
for the dance, for a total of 100 people. At $10 per, that's
an additional $1000 of income.
       c. Sponsorships. There has been discussion of getting a company,
possible Google, to agree to give us a sponsorship, for example, offering to
let them pay for consuite. There was discussion about the odds of that
happening with
as little lead time as there is currently.
