[Board] More board candidates

Folks,

I spoke with a couple flks at the Tios gathering last night, so we may
have a couple more candidates.

First is Joe Saul -- he is thinking about it, so he's not a confirmed
nominee.  Many of you should remember Joe as the captain of the rovng
pirate ship party.  He's deeply involved with UCon and with AASFA.
Additionally he holds a JD from U-M.  Also, he's an all-round nice guy
with a really good head on his shoulders.  If he says yes, I strongly
recommend that we elect him.

Second is Marcus Watts --  Marcus has agreed to be a nominee.  Marcus
is both a long term attendee of the area science fiction cons, as well
as being a founder of grex, one of the two major bulletin boards in
Ann Arbor back in the day.  He's a strong proponent of open source
software and a long time unix/linux hack.  He's also been involved
with Penguicon since year one.  Besides a strong geek cred, he is also
very thoughtful and well spoken.
