Okay. I don't think finding additional good Board members is going to be
difficult. I know we've got two "yes"es from the original pool of six folks
nominated by the Board, and that's in the first two days. I'm sorry to see
us both go, but it looks like we'll be leaving good people in our stead.

I'm having antecedent confusion. Not really to which point?
I'm hoping, once things settle down, that the only remaining
responsibilities of the Board will be: budget approval; hotel contract
approval; and guest acquisition where multi-year planning is required.

I must admit, I agree about the layers. I had two layers, and that worked
well for me.

Now was the previous not really related to coming out for this meeting? Or
