#1 is up to you.  I can stay until you find a replacement.

#2, not really.  I don't know who the candidates are, and I still think the 
corporate board of directors is the wrong organization to be in charge of 
stuff.

If you've got the right people it doesn't matter what their titles are, you 
can make something up.  If you don't have the right people, all the positions 
in the world won't help.  And board->concom->staff->volunteers strikes me as 
too many layers. :)
