[Board] Next meeting: September 8th or September 9th

I'll try to have the extremely sketchy Board meeting notes posted later this
evening.  (:

However, we held off finalizing the schedule for the next meeting to check
in with Rob.

Rob:
1.  Were you planning on resigning immediately, or after the bylaws are
complete?  (i.e., are you still a member of the Board, and do you want a say
in who we elect to replace you?)
2.  If so, would you be available on Saturday, September 9th, say around 6
p.m.?  We're hoping to have checked in nominees the Board discussed on
Sunday, found out who's willing, and posted descriptions and discussion on
the Board list.  I'm hoping to elect between one and three people to the
Board at the next meeting, as required.  (:
