[Board] Board membership update.

I am sorry to report that, for personal reasons, Steve Gutterman is
resigning from the PenguiCon Board.  Steve was an excellent chair for
PenguiCon 2.0 and has done valuable work during his time on the Board,
including establishing our trademark and contributions to the current set of
bylaws.  I hope, when his life settles out again, that he will consider the
possibility of returning to the Board.

Just because there have been so many changes (and I got another one this
morning), I just wanted to give everyone an update of the status of various
Board members.

Tracy Worcester:  Planned resignation following bylaws revision
Rob Landley:        Planned resignation following bylaws revision
Patricia Altergott:  Continuing on Board
Susan Harris:       Continuing on Board
John Guest:          Planned resignation following election of replacement
Steve Gutterman:  Resigned, effective immediately.

So we have two seats we should fill in fairly short order, and two more
coming up within the next couple of months.  Start combing your brain for
possible candidates, folks.  I suspect the self-nomination idea is going to
fall by the wayside, at least for now.  We're probably going to need to
invite folks to apply.  I'm hoping to create a list of people on Sunday and
divide the people to talk to up among us.
