[Board] Finalizing details: Board meeting this Sunday.

I don't mind if we meet at a restaurant. All I need to know is time and
where and so far that's set.  Any chance they have round tables?  Only
curious as it makes it a little easier to discuss with everyone being
able to hear.

miss you, but hopefully we can get you in for the next one.

I'm going to be arriving on the heels of a three hour car drive...does
anyone mind if we meet a restaurant for this one?  I don't know who's
coming
in from where, and departing to where, but I was thinking perhaps the
Ram's
Horn in Southfield, 26200 12 Mile Road, just north of Northwestern
Highway
and just west of Telegraph.  Let me know what you folks all think about
this
as a location.

Additionally, we don't have anyone who has formally applied to be on
the
Board, but Garrett *did* provide me a first draft set of bylaws
revisions;
I'm counting that as at least a potential application.  I am thinking
we may
need to issue invitations to the people we'd like as candidates who
might be
too shy to apply.

Since it looks like we'll have three spots to fill over the next
several
months (John's, mine, and Rob's), feel free to speak up and mention
the
names of people you, as Board members, think would make good
additional
Board members.  A few of the people on my mental "has potential" list
are:
Chuck, Aaron, Matt, Garrett.  I'm sure there are others who aren't
occurring
to me right off the top of my head.

Anyway, most importantly, let me know if meeting at the Rams Horn will
work
for those of you who are going to be available.
