[Board] board meeting on Sunday, Aug 13th

Actually, and we might as well begin creating the agenda.

I know we need:

*  financial wrapup from 4.0 (Jordan)
*  discussion of Board candidates (general)
*  bylaws update (Tracy)
*  Board office assignment/election (general)

Anything else we want to specifically make part of the plan?
