Penguicon-Announce: Announcement & Test

The Penguicon Announcement list has been reconfigured to do the following:

1) All Penguicon related announcements sent to the announce list will now be automagically forwarded to the other penguicon lists.
2) Announce list moderators have been changed.
3) Only list moderators are allowed to post to the announce list. (This really is not a change just a reminder)
4) The announce list address has changed.

List moderators are as follows: John Guest, Matt Arnold, and myself Ron Blanchett.
John if you would like this list changed please notify me and I will add or subtrac from it as needed.
